Details About the Position:

• Seeking Primary Care Physicians with a 

  Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active State Medical License to practice in New York

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care
