  • Lead internal tender coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams

  • Review, refine, and quality-assure tender documentation to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and competitive strength
  • Create persuasive, commercially-focused content that highlights the impact of our solutions
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, align diverse inputs, and deliver high-quality documentation on tight deadlines
  • Support the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract award
