At Siemens eMobility Charging, were looking for a driven Product Owner to elevate our Energy Management Software (EMS) portfolio. You connect market insights, customer value, and technical development, ensuring our EV charging solutions become smarter, more scalable, and more future‑ready.
With your enthusiasm and ownership, youll help scale our software services across Europe — giving regional sales teams powerful, competitive offerings in a rapidly growing market.
Your Role
Own the product
- Take end-to-end responsibility for product performance, development of product enhancement and bringing new features to market
- Translate strategy and vision into a concrete, value‑driven product roadmap.
Own the product backlog
- Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and requirements to ensure alignment with our product vision and strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with development teams
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure successful feature delivery, acting as one of the drivers of the agile scrum ceremonies.
Drive adoption of new AI‑driven solutions
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved customer experience, team productivity, and faster feature delivery.
Feature launches & product validation
- Organize pilot programs, field tests, and customer feedback loops.
- Use insights to refine product concepts and increase customer impact.
Manage product documentation
- Create and maintain clear product documentation.
- Build product pitches, demos, and training sessions to support sales enablement and adoption.
Align with hardware teams
- Drive integration between EMS software and Siemens charging hardware for a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
Drive special projects & migrations
- Lead initiatives that support product evolution and strategic initiatives.
You Bring
Passion & potential over years of experience
Were looking for the right mindset, curiosity, and product‑driven energy.
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong affinity with eMobility, energy management, SaaS products, and sustainable digital tech.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- 2–5 years of experience in a relevant role (product, tech, engineering, consulting, software).
- Product Owner experience is a plus — but not required. Well help you grow into the role.
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Affinity with cloud‑based software (preferably AWS) and a basic understanding of software development.
- Experience with tools like Jira is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
