Your role:

As a Maintenance and Service Work planner you support and organize preventive & corrective maintenance as well as prepare support and commission activities for Heliox' products and solutions.

Thanks to you, the service and maintenance of big charging infrastructure projects run smoothly form A to Z. As a Maintenance and Service Work planner you have a lot of variation and responsibilities. You oversee service and maintenance projects for electric buses, e-trucks and other high utilization transportation solutions. In short, work on all kinds of projects at Heliox.

Do you want to make an impact in cleaner, greener energy for big public and commercial transport solutions? As a Maintenance and Service Work planner, you check the technical drawings and designs of the project. That's your starting point, because that's how you know what needs to be done. You ensure that everyone is aware of the planning and you maintain contact with suppliers and other stakeholders. In short, you like to be in control of different service and maintenance sites in the same time. Planning the maintenance of a large fast-charging E-Bus depot in the UK or servicing the Albert Heijn E-Truck charging infrastructure in the Netherlands? Two completely different projects and locations! You make it happen.

Your responsibilities:

  • Checking the technical drawings.
  • Making an effective maintenance, service and asset planning.
  • Consultation with suppliers, contractors, clients and field service engineers.
  • Ordering the right material.
  • Evaluate the project, and look for possibilities to improve our service quality.

Required qualifications:

  • Vocational or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mechanics, Electronics and/or Mechatronic.
  • 2+ years of work planning and/or service work experience.
  • Experience with electrical installations and PLC.
  • Experience with serial communication and tools (CAN, EtherCAT, RS485, RS 232)
  • Knowledge of safety regulations (NFPA 70E, OSHA)
  • Adept at reading circuit schematics
