Your role

As a Service Manager you will be part of a world-class service organization to support Heliox growth. This role will be a critical part of the success of Heliox and requires a talented and flexible and customer focused service manager. You build strategic relationships with clients for Heliox products and solutions across the world.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for onboarding of SLA contracts as dictated by the business
  • Develop systems such that the service organization is a profitable branch of Heliox
  • Support the negotiation and offering of SLA towards clients across the businesses
  • Ensure the organization is informed, prepared and capable of fast responsiveness and excellent client delivery
  • Responsible for regular client contact, account development and reporting.
  • You lead the after sales efforts towards the client and act upon behalf of the client within Heliox.
  • Improve, standardize and implement client services such as reporting, contracting and service quotations.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a management or technical field
  • Experience with a growing and dynamic organization
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience with the challenges in supporting electrical installations
  • Interest for technical environment and charging solutions
  • Expert knowledge of customer service principles and practices
