We are looking for an Financial Accountant with a proven track record on expanding new business in the energy and/or automotive branch. In this position, you will be reporting directly to the North America Controller of Heliox North America and will be part of the North America Business Development team.

You will be the business partner for existing customers as well as developing new accounts and continuously staying on top of the market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in month-end close and preparation of financial statements
  • Perform general ledger activities such as journal entries for accruals or expense account for classification
  • Review investigates and correct errors in financial entries
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet and expense accounts
  • Prepares sales tax
  • Maintain fixed assets records


  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
  • 5+ years in accounting
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ERP
  • Familiarity with multi-state sales tax
  • Excellent organizational and analytic skills
  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
