Are you an energetic Sales Engineer who knows how to build and maintain customer relations? Do you have technical knowledge about installations, chargers and software? Your job

As a Sales Engineer you will pitch, explain, promote and demonstrate our products to (potential) customers as a technical expert. You will visit customers sites to follow up on (new) installations, see if they are running smoothly and solve problems where necessary. You are in contact with customers to answer their technical questions. You will write quotations and check if we can meet specific customer requirements. You have an important role in the tender process.

  • You will build and maintain excellent customers relations.
  • You are responsible for analyzing requirements and risks in tenders and delivering high quality proposals.
  • You will keep our colleagues informed about updates, features and packages.
  • You will prepare and maintain offer documentation.
  • You will continuously keep a close eye on the market demands and will advise R&D department on changing requests and new requirements.
  • You will keep good relationships with suppliers and gather new information about their products.

The Sales Engineer will be part of the Heliox Sales Europe department (14 FTE) with teams in Spain, BeNeLux, France, UK, DACH and Nordics. The Sales Engineer reports to the Country Manager Nordics, lives in the Nordic region and will be working out of a home office or in our shared office spaces.

You are interested in a combination of technical functionalities and sales. You know how to build strong relations with customers, have great attention to detail and good social skills. You have the ability to quickly understand new designs, and decisions. You are pro-active, which means that you don't wait for an assignment but take action yourself.

You have these qualifications and experience

  • Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Environmental Engineering
  • Fluent in English, master one of the Nordic languages and be familiar with all of them
  • Mentality focused on seeing possibilities instead of problems
  • Living in East Denmark or Southern Sweden
