Your role:

Helioxs EV Charging NOC team provides state-of-health monitoring, technical support, remote diagnostics and resolution of the installed base of our world-class charger systems and management software. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and be motivated to provide exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as an in-house technical expert on all aspects of operational charging technology and providing responsive technical support across internal customer services, operations and engineering teams as well as external customers and industry partners.
  • Drive and improve our proactive state-of-health monitoring and management of networked charger installed base.
  • Ensure that rapid response technical support is delivered, including remote diagnosis and resolution.
  • Document, track, monitor, and escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide feedback to engineering team to continuously improve charging network performance.
  • Possess thorough understanding of product and network technical knowledge.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in engineering or similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in PLC / SCADA devices & programming, embedded systems, power electronics, and/or systems. Strong understanding of Linux based operating systems
  • Minimum of two years of experience utilizing Networking monitoring tools such as, SolarWinds, CA, Grafana required
  • Minimum of two years of experience supporting wireless connectivity within a 4GLTE environment required
  • Knowledge of coding languages C, C++, Python, HTML, CSS, XML, Java, or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience troubleshooting firmware and other release related issues
  • An understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, OCPP, ModBus). Experience in electric vehicle industry a plus
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Readiness to work in a high growth dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated capability to excel within a team in a collaborative environment
  • The ability to excel in both a team environment in addition to taking on individua assignments
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to achieve scheduled deadlines
  • Strong level of attention to detail with a curious temperament
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
