In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute reusable, accurate, and well-documented test plans for hardware and software components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet specifications and business requirements.
  • Identify root causes of performance issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Coach and support colleagues in issue resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Propose and implement improvements to testing frameworks for enhanced product quality.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in (Embedded) Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software automation software test experience. 
  • Proficiency in Python, Jenkins and version control (GIT).
  • Experience with creating automated test suites/frameworks for software and API testing (SIL).
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as (Embedded) Linux and RTOS.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Expertise in validating electrical systems.

Preferred qualifications include:

Familiarity with Pytest, Docker, Robot framework, CAN communication protocol, BDD, Agile/SCRUM practices, HIL testing setups, EV charging standards (IEC:61851), risk analysis, FMEA, and relevant certifications (ISTQB, TMAP, NEN:3140).
