Inside Sales Specialist

To expand the Commercial Support Team, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist.


Your Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, together with your Sales colleagues in the field, you will form a team to serve our customers in the best possible way. In this position, you will work from our head office in Best, just North of Eindhoven.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing price quotes for small and standard projects
  • Processing and executing orders
  • Correctly processing and tracking quotations and information in Navision and 365 Dynamics
  • Maintaining and checking sales data
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities in cooperation with Sales colleagues in the field
  • Helping our Business Development Managers prepare for important customer meetings
  • Understanding customer requests and engaging with Heliox colleagues to address them
  • Answering customer queries (phone & email) whilst providing professional service
  • Monitoring, reviewing and dispatching new business leads
  • Identifying and signal continues improvement opportunities in our processes and customer experience
  • Carrying out ad-hoc tasks or projects as requested by the business

Your profile

  • HBO / Bachelor working and thinking level
  • Ambitious in your goals and accurate in your execution
  • Approaches tasks in a methodical and structured way
  • Commercial skills and a team player
  • A proactive attitude, a self-starter who keeps asking questions until you have gathered the right information to meet your goal
  • Has experience with ERP & CRM systems
  • Sociable and knows how to nurture and maintain contacts with stakeholders
  • Has an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing. Another European language, such as French, Swedish or German is a nice to have.
