At Heliox we make Ultra-Fast Chargers to support the transition towards an Electric World. Working with some of the leading names in the Automotive industry we are powering the future of E-Mobility. Along with our Market Leading Hardware we are also creating Smart Energy Management Solutions (Charging as a Service) to provide the platform to manage your Energy needs at an Enterprise level.

Heliox has come a long way since our first landmark E-bus project in 2017, we now provide global Charging Solutions to a variety of large vehicles… even electric Ferry’s! Over the past two years Heliox has also created a ‘model city’ energy ecosystems around the world in cities including Den Bosch - Netherlands, Glasgow -Scotland and Montgomery County - Maryland (USA).

We are looking for a Logistics Planner join the team and if you have most of the background below we hope it’s you!

What will you be doing?

At Heliox, a Logistics Planner is crucial to make sure that all items (Raw materials, Finished products, etc.) are shipped on time to the right locations and that all items are received in good order by our stakeholders. Meaning that you will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

To be a successful Logistics Planner you should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. You should also be able to promptly resolve distribution issues and have strong negotiation skills.

You are able to:

  • Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues
  • Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures
  • Perform ongoing evaluation of the transport process for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
  • Conduct comparison analysis and present monthly reports to management on data performance to plan
  • Communicate with suppliers, factories, customers etc. to achieve optimized costs and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders

Required qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's (HBO) Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, within a high-tech organization.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of international logistics (Incoterms), customs, regulations.
  • Ability to solve and manage complex problems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with ERP System, NAV is a plus.
  • Full proficiency of English (native or near native level) - Dutch is a bonus!
