As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the crucial link between our customers and our engineering excellence. You'll join a dynamic, high‑performing team dedicated to making EV charging systems work flawlessly and supporting the global transition to sustainable energy.
Your deep technical expertise will directly influence product reliability and customer satisfaction, making you an essential contributor to our mission: accelerating e‑mobility worldwide.
What You'll Do
Deliver advanced remote technical support and perform root-cause analysis for EV charging systems, handling complex cases escalated from our Customer Contact Center.
Lead integration efforts between EV chargers, vehicles, and backend systems to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
Manage and resolve technical escalations efficiently while maintaining key performance indicators such as MTTR and SLA compliance.
Monitor product performance and maintenance standards, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and internal quality processes.
Collaborate with Product Champions and R&D to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements that impact thousands of users.
Coach and mentor frontline teams to elevate first-contact resolution rates and strengthen our overall support ecosystem.
Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, technical learnings, and best practices to build organizational knowledge.
Travel occasionally (including internationally) to provide hands-on, expert support when needed.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a strong technical background in electronics, IT, energy systems, or communication technologies.
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role—ideally within a call center, eMobility, or similarly complex technical environment.
A highly analytical mindset, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical topics into clear language for non‑technical audiences.
Proficiency in English is required; native‑level Dutch is a advantage.
Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (nights, weekends, holidays) to ensure uninterrupted operational support.

Knowledge of EV charging standards and protocols (e.g., Type 2, CCS, OCPP).
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
