Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Patient Care Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide patient care support through outbound and inbound program for the organization. Processing patient information to submit
all required documentation to insurance companies to get procedures
authorized. 

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Medical records retrieval
• Insurance Verification
• Referral processing
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong empathy and customer service skills.
• Ability to work and operate in client systems.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in medical scheduling, patient coordination, or a related healthcare role is preferred.
