Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Patient Financial Services Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient billing support through outbound and inbound program for the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explanation of benefits (EOB).
• Coordination of benefits (COB).
• Billing inquiries.
• Eligibility and Benefits Verification (EBV).
• Prior Authorizations.
• General Billing support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong empathy and customer service skills.
• Ability to work and operate in HER systems.
• Familiarity with Healthcare support terminology.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in patient financial services is preferred.
