Job Overview

As Sourcing Associate, you will partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to drive proactive talent attraction solutions, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent for niche roles. As part of the People team, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of HelloFresh as we look to leverage our best asset in our bid to continue our high growth: hiring great people!

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, Talent Acquisition based in Manila, with a dotted line in Sr. Manager TA based in Canada.

Job Description

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates, promoting HelloFresh
    Canada's employer brand and potential opportunities.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring alignment in sourcing strategies.
  • Regularly update and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing activities pipeline status, and recruitment goals.


Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies.
  • Provide market insights to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and aspirations.
  • Effectively communicate HelloFresh Canada's values and job opportunities to create a compelling candidate experience.


Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Generate reports and metrics to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Additional Support:

  • Assist with special projects, as needed, within the People team
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
  • With at least two years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, preferably in a high-growth and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience with sourcing for talent in different sourcing and engagement platforms, such as CRMs, ATSs (applicant tracking systems) and other recruitment software is preferred.


Competencies:

  • Proficient in using sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and professional networks.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a multicultural/matrix and shared services environment.
  • Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft office systems and tools (ie. excel, word), google workspace is a plus.
  • Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to delivering within deadlines.
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments and recommend decisions within scope.
  • Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.
