Job Summary:
The Benefits Associate provides administrative and coordination support in the execution of employees benefits and visa documentation process for foreign staff. This role helps ensure timely processing, compliance with regulations, and a positive employee experience by handling benefit inquiries, documentation, validation , and claims support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits including, but not limited to, group medical health insurance with life and accident insurance, and other company perks.
Ensure accuracy in all benefits-related documentation and processes are executed smoothly and on time.
Stay compliant with company benefits practices Keep abreast of HR best practices aligned to benefits provisions, insurance and visa regulations. Assist new hires during onboarding and assist with benefit enrollments.
Help process benefits claims and coordinate with employees to ensure they receive their entitled benefits accurately and promptly.
Promote employee engagement by supporting HR initiatives related to wellness and benefit programs.
Collect and organize documents for visa applications ,renewals and visa downgrading or cancellations
Maintain an accurate and updated visa tracker.
Coordinate closely with third party to ensure timely t visa documentation , newspaper companies, government offices for publication of job postings
Perform ad hoc administrative and HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.?
At least 6 months of experience in HR, admin, or benefits-related roles
Familiarity with employee benefits and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN), a plus factor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
