Job Description

  • Creates weekly and monthly performance reports based on a template, gathering information from different sources: Excel files, Tableau dashboard, google sheets, external data sources

  • Reports any data issues to the team

  • Keeps data updated in the different sources

  • Ensure data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities

  • Performs intermediate database analysis in Google sheets using pivot tables, charts, formulas

  • Assist with trend research, monitor competitor activities and derive recommendations

  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes

  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as needed

  • Carry out voucher code checks to ensure the smooth running of campaigns
