Position Summary

HelloFresh is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our Food Safety, Quality and Compliance team. The Data Entry Specialist will support the FSQC team with data creation and maintenance related to different ingredient categories and SKU management for the DACH market (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). Additionally, the candidate will support the Compliance team with checking, maintaining, and filing documents and records in the area of last-mile compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain technological (nutritional values, temperature data, logistic data, etc.) data of  new and existing Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the HelloFrshs ERP system as per Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis

  • Ensure data completeness & accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities, including reporting any data issues to the team

  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as per training

  • Communicate regularly with the FSQC team (Food Safety Quality Managers and Compliance Managers) on any concerns /queries around the day-to-day role and provide feedback on any changes that can improve the existing processes

  • Offboarding and deactivating SKUs that needs to be cut/delisted in alignment with other HelloConnect functions 

  • Secure close alignment with other HelloConnect functions dedicated to tasks interconnected with HelloFrshs ERP system (eg: Procurement, International FSQA)

  • Support Compliance Manager in day-to-day tasks

  • Review and filing of onboarding documents in coordination with the responsible stakeholders

  • Sanity-checks of documents according to specified criteria

  • Assistance in preparation of compliance audits and review of submitted documents

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 1 years of previous operational and/or purchasing experience 

  • Requires expertise in operating Microsoft Office & Google suite programs, and ideally ERP/MRP systems

  • Language: English, German considered a plus

Soft Skills:

  • This is primarily an administrative role hence we are looking for a well organized person with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills and familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes (to follow SOPs/processes) 

  • Self-management skills and hands-on mentality with a strong focus on teamwork

  • Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, Available in European time zone
