Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently transferring data from various sources, performing data manipulation tasks such as pivoting and filtering, and preparing reports. Additionally, the candidate will be required to extract data from Tableau dashboards to generate reports in Google Sheets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Transfer data accurately and efficiently from multiple Google Sheets to consolidate information.

  • Perform data manipulation tasks, including pivoting, filtering, and sorting, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Prepare detailed data reports based on specific requirements provided by stakeholders.

  • Extract data from Tableau dashboards and other visualization tools to compile reports in Google Sheets format.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports.

  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement corrective measures as needed.

  • Stay updated with industry best practices and tools for efficient data management.

Role Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant data entry experience

  • Highly organized: you have well-honed strategies for never missing a deadline

  • Detail-oriented: you never overlook a key detail

  • A strong communicator: you are comfortable communicating both verbally and via email and chats

  • Google Sheets (or Excel) wiz: you are comfortable keeping track of data in Google Sheets (or Excel) and are always looking to learn new skills

  • Comfortable learning new computer tools

  • Amenable to working on the night shift

Package Details

  • Monetized unused leave credits for up to 5 days (given at the end of the year)
  • 13th-month pay (pro-rated)
  • Long Service Benefit: 0.5 of your basic monthly salary per year of employment (up to a maximum of 2 monthly salaries)
