Job Description
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Agent dedicated to managing and converting inbound event sales inquiries for Pasta Evangelists. The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to close deals effectively while delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities and duties
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding event services.
Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective customers.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless event booking processes.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall campaign goals.
Skills and preferred qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive, results-driven attitude.
Requirements
WFH - stable internet connection and a backup internet connection
Conducive working environment for work from home set up
Can report on-site if unable to work from home
