About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and motivated Travel Consultants to join our growing travel team! As a Travel Consultant, youll help clients plan, book, and experience their dream vacations. Youll provide expert recommendations, handle bookings from start to finish, and deliver outstanding customer servicewhether its a family getaway, luxury cruise, or group adventure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel including flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.

• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients needs, preferences, and budget.

• Research destinations, travel restrictions, and supplier promotions to provide up-to-date information.

• Handle payments, confirmations, itinerary details, and documentation accurately.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

• Resolve travel issues, changes, or cancellations quickly and professionally.

• Stay current on travel trends, supplier products, and destination knowledge through ongoing training.

• Promote company services and referral programs to grow your client base.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel industry a plus!).

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

• Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for others.

• Basic computer skills; ability to learn booking systems (training provided).
