As a Travel Client Success Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients by understanding their travel preferences, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through post-booking follow-up. You will collaborate with clients to recommend vacation options, provide timely communication, maintain accurate records, and support long-term client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Stay informed on travel industry updates, supplier offerings, promotions, and destination knowledge.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
