You'll Be HR Hire #1
Literally.
You'll build the office, the culture, the team.
No dusty policies. No corporate tape.
Just a clean slate and our full trust.
You'll Do Things Like:
- Hire smart people across admin, marketing, ops & support
- Build onboarding that actually helps people (not a PDF maze)
- Set up payroll, benefits, contracts the boring-but-crucial stuff
- Shape the culture from the ground up
- Be the go-to for our remote revenue managers when they need help
You Should Be Someone Who:
- Has built teams before (or really wants to)
- Gets sh*t done without needing a playbook
- Is organised but flexible
- Speaks fluent Google Drive
- Has experience in Philippine labor law
- Likes people and knows how to work with them (even the tricky ones)
