Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist

We help hotels grow their revenue.

To do that, we send a high volume of targeted newsletters and email campaigns each week across many regions, time zones, and inboxes.

We don't need someone to write those emails.

We need someone who can get them delivered. Reliably. At scale.

About the Role

We're looking for a technical email specialist to manage our outbound email infrastructure, monitor deliverability, and ensure campaigns reach the inbox not spam.

You'll work with our in-house content creator (that's us), receive ready-to-send newsletters, and handle everything that happens before the recipient opens the email.

This can be a full-time or part-time remote role. Candidates based in Kochi (or other Tier 2 cities) are especially welcome.

Your Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain MailWizz with PowerMTA or Postal (on our servers)
• Manage warm-up schedules for new domains and IPs
• Optimize and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce handling, feedback loops
• Regularly test inbox placement across providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)
• Schedule and send newsletters from clean, segmented lists
• Monitor delivery and engagement stats, and flag any issues proactively
• Keep our systems secure, compliant, and efficient

What You'll Need

• Proven experience managing large-scale outbound email infrastructure
• Deep technical understanding of email protocols and server setup
• Experience with MailWizz, PowerMTA, Postal, or similar
• Strong focus on inbox placement and domain/IP reputation management
• Ability to work independently and spot issues before they become problems
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IP pools, advanced list hygiene, and inbox seed testing
• Experience with hotel, travel, or B2B email marketing environment
