Position Summary:

Are you a high-performance closer who thrives on turning qualified leads into signed deals? We're hiring experienced Sales Closers to join our B2B sales team and focus exclusively on closing pre-qualified hotel leads. You'll take over after the initial discovery stage, conduct high-impact presentations, handle objections, and bring the deal across the finish line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take over warm leads generated by our sales development team or inbound channels
  • Conduct final product presentations and follow-up calls with hotel decision-makers
  • Manage objections, build trust, and guide prospects toward a confident buying decision
  • Drive urgency and clarity in the closing process
  • Collaborate closely with sales management and operations to ensure a smooth handover post-sale
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Closer in B2B, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or service-based industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Confidence in speaking to hotel owners, GMs, and senior decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals without micromanagement
  • Philippines-based; remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry or hotel tech is a strong advantage
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first sales team
