We are a Hong Kong-based company providing a highly effective, fixed-price Revenue Management Service to hotels across the globe. Known for our performance, transparency, and long-standing client relationships, we are also deeply committed to developing our internal talent. To support our growing team of Revenue Managers, we are launching our own internal Revenue Management School, and we are now hiring a dedicated Trainer to lead this initiative.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Management professional with a passion for teaching and training. As our Revenue Management Trainer, you will be responsible for running our internal training program, delivering daily learning sessions, creating high-quality educational content, and developing structured courses for our LMS (such as LearnDash or LifterLMS). Your role will be central to ensuring our team stays ahead of industry best practices and is equipped with the latest tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct daily or weekly live training sessions for our internal Revenue Management team
  • Write and maintain clear, well-structured educational material on all aspects of revenue management
  • Create comprehensive training modules and structured courses for our LMS platform
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in hotel revenue management and integrate them into training
  • Develop onboarding programs for new hires and upskilling tracks for experienced team members
  • Monitor training engagement and performance, and continuously improve learning content and delivery methods
  • Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to align training with business needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, with strong technical and strategic knowledge
  • Experience delivering training, coaching, or mentoring in a corporate or hospitality environment
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, digestible content
  • Experience using or building training modules within LMS platforms (e.g., LearnDash, LifterLMS)
  • Passion for teaching, knowledge-sharing, and developing others
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Based in the Philippines; remote work setup with possible in-office collaboration in Cebu

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in instructional design or corporate training
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, screen recording software, and assessment tools
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
