As we continue our global expansion, we are establishing a new operations hub in Cebu, which will house both our Sales and Revenue Management teams. To support this exciting growth, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Office Manager to help run day-to-day operations and support our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will play a central role in setting up and managing our Cebu office, ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a positive, productive work environment for our Sales and Revenue Management teams. This is a key support role that blends administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and basic financial oversight. You will be the go-to person for office-related matters and a vital bridge between local staff and international leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and ongoing maintenance of the Cebu office
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate local HR tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, and basic payroll support (in collaboration with HQ)
- Organize team meetings, trainings, and staff events
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support the Sales Manager and Revenue Management Team Leads with logistics and team coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for internal queries related to office operations
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and reporting when needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or HR coordination
- Experience working in a BPO, service, or international company environment preferred
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Must be Cebu-based or willing to relocate
