Our service, offered at a low fixed cost, has helped countless properties improve their profitability while enjoying a transparent, reliable partnership. As part of our global growth strategy, we are establishing our first Sales Team in Cebu and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the charge.
Position Summary:
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic, performance-driven Sales Manager with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or tech-enabled services space. Youll play a key role in building and leading our Cebu sales team, driving market expansion, and shaping our regional sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting hotel clients in international markets
- Monitor KPIs and sales targets, providing regular performance reports
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with key prospects as needed
- Work closely with leadership and operations to align sales goals with company objectives
- Help shape training programs, sales scripts, and outreach strategies for the team
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in the hospitality, SaaS, or outsourced services industries is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage and grow sales pipelines, close deals, and hit revenue targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with remote work tools and able to operate independently during the remote startup phase
- Must be Cebu-based or willing to relocate (remote work possible to start)
