As we grow our marketing and digital engagement capabilities, we are looking for a Conversion Specialist to help optimize every step of our digital funnel - from landing pages to newsletters.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven, creative Conversion Specialist to own and optimize our digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for improving performance across our landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and website, with the goal of increasing conversions, leads, and overall engagement. This is a remote role, ideal for someone with a strong understanding of CRO, UX, email marketing, and content testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and campaign ROI
- Write and refine email campaigns and automated flows to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates
- Maintain and enhance company newsletters to ensure they are engaging, on-brand, and results-focused
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and conversion paths
- A/B test headlines, CTAs, layouts, and content across multiple channels
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams
- Report on key metrics and insights to inform content and design strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing or CRO-focused role
- Proven experience optimizing landing pages, email marketing, and web content
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mautic, Thrive, or similar platforms
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a sharp eye for design and UX
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable interpreting data and acting on insights
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Based in the Philippines; remote work setup
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with B2B or hospitality brands
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development workflows
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
