Specific rotations and depth of involvement may vary according to business priorities and individual development pathways. This rotation structure ensures you receive a well-rounded perspective on how various functions contribute to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category Management: Assist in product assortment planning, pricing strategies, market analysis and supplier collaboration to optimize product offerings.
- Business Development: Support market expansion initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and assist with partnership development.
- Procurement and Supply Chain: Contribute to sourcing strategies, vendor management, inventory control, and distribution processes to ensure seamless product delivery.
- e-Commerce and Livestream Sales: Participate in digital sales initiatives, including online marketplace management, live commerce campaigns, and marketing strategies.
- Key Account Management: Collaborate with major retail and corporate partners to manage relationships, drive revenue, support trade promotions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Strategy: Analyze sales and consumer data to generate insights and support cross-functional projects.
