About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Executive to lead and scale our digital sales channels across major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), Shopify, and emerging social commerce platforms. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and innovative campaign execution to fuel our growth in the online beauty retail space. Given the nature of the role, it includes weekly live streaming on marketplace platforms such as TikTok and Facebook. As such, flexibility in working hours is required to support campaign-related streaming activities during weekends or after office hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

eCommerce Strategy & Sales Management:

  • Own and drive eCommerce sales performance across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon and Shopify) to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute high-impact promotional campaigns including livestreams, flash sales, bundle deals, and platform events.
  • Manage P&L across eCommerce channels, optimizing trade spend and ensuring gross profitability.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and propose data-backed improvements to maintain market leadership.
  • Make strategic procurement decisions to optimize cost of goods and product assortment.

e-Key Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with marketplace account managers to secure exclusive deals, partnerships, and campaign slots.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with platform stakeholders to align on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to craft and execute tailored, channel-specific sales strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and suggest initiatives to maximize engagement and revenue.
  • Support campaign-related streaming activities over weekend or after work hours.

Livestreaming & Social Commerce Management:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of livestream campaigns on platforms like TikTok Live and Facebook Live.
  • Coordinate with the Performance Marketing Analyst to align livestream scheduling and thematics with marketing goals.
  • Define key promotional mechanics to drive engagement while protecting gross margins.
  • Manage livestream listings, product curation, and audience targeting strategies.

Store Operations & Content Management:

  • Lead the setup and maintenance of digital storefronts, ensuring accurate product listings and timely content updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers to develop compelling promotional assets, banners, and campaign visuals.
  • Ensure all published content is aligned with brand tone, aesthetics, and compliance standards.

Inventory & Order Management:

  • Forecast demand and manage stock levels in coordination with Data & Operations teams.
  • Ensure timely replenishment and efficient inventory planning to support sales velocity.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across platforms to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Implement customer-centric solutions to improve engagement and retention.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

  • Analyse sales and campaign performance data to uncover trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports highlighting key KPIs and strategic recommendations.
  • Test and evaluate new promotional tools and social selling formats to drive traffic and sales.
  • Maintain the e-commerce operations metrics library.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, including managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Facebook and TikTok). Fresh graduate without prior experience is welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management, with the ability to build and nurture strong partnerships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the retail or consumer goods industry is of added advantage.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Meticulous, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
