About the Role

Were looking for a People Data & Total Rewards Specialist who can turn HR data into meaningful insights and drive the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs that support employee engagement, retention, and performance. This role blends analytics, systems thinking, and a strong understanding of rewards strategies to help us build a thriving and data-informed workplace.

You'll work closely with the People & Culture team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our people programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Computation & Administration

  • Own end-to-end payroll processing (semi-monthly), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Validate salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, leaves, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Coordinate with Finance and external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure data alignment
  • Maintain confidentiality and documentation of payroll transactions and audit trails

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze HR data to generate reports and dashboards on key metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, salary movements, leave trends)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform workforce planning and decision-making
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all HR reporting practices
Total Rewards Management
  • Support the design, analysis, and implementation of compensation structures, incentive programs, and salary benchmarking
  • Monitor and administer benefits programs, including HMO, wellness initiatives, and statutory benefits
  • Assist in annual compensation reviews, cost projections, and job evaluations
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote pay transparency, equity, and internal alignment

HRIS Optimization & Process Improvements

  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy for payroll, compensation, and organizational structure
  • Recommend process automation and digital improvements in compensation and benefits workflows
  • Assist in audits, policy reviews, and compliance-related documentation

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR reporting
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated contributions, and payroll compliance
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reports)
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, OmniHR, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
