Junior Producer

Role Overview:

The Junior Producer supports the end-to-end production process from shoot prep to on-ground execution ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. 

The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in assisting both creative and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination & Task Management

• Assist in managing project timelines, task tracking, cost management, and overall workflow of assigned shoots or campaigns. 
• Support in securing logistics, booking suppliers, and coordinating schedules for production needs.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and aligned with project requirements.

Shoot Preparation & On-ground Support

• Prepare shoot requirements including call sheets, production decks, and materials coordination.
• Support the team on-ground during shoot days ensuring smooth execution, resolving immediate concerns, and coordinating with suppliers or crew.
• Maintain accurate documentation of shoot details and post-shoot wrap-ups.

Quality Control & Assurance

• Review outputs for quality and consistency before submission or deployment.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to creative pegs, brand guidelines, and internal standards. 
• Flag potential issues or inconsistencies early in the process.
  
  

Cross-team Coordination

• Collaborate closely with producers, creatives, and editors to ensure alignment across all stages of production.
• Communicate updates and progress clearly across involved teams. 
• Assist in consolidating feedback and revisions for project tracking.
