We’re expanding our Creator Partnerships team and are looking for a dynamic individual to join us whether you’re just starting out in the creator space or already a seasoned manager. Key Responsibilities
Community Partnerships
- Identify, research, and establish partnerships with community groups relevant to current and future clients (e.g., parenting, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, etc.)
Maintain a community database, ensuring information is always updated and categorized by relevance and brand fit.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with community leaders and representatives.
Manage collaborations and activations with partner communities to ensure successful execution and sustained engagement.
Be the main point of contact for all community-related partnerships, including onboarding, communication, and feedback management.
Assist in planning and executing community and influencer events (both online and offline) in alignment with client and brand goals.
Influencer Marketing Support
Support the influencer marketing team by scouting and evaluating creators who align with campaign goals and brand identity.
Maintain and update the influencer database (tiers, categories, engagement rates, etc.).
Reach out to and coordinate with influencers for partnerships, campaigns, or content collaborations.
Assist in campaign execution from negotiation and briefing to coordination and reporting, when needed.
Help identify creators who can star in social-first content and branded productions for various clients.
Community & Relationship Management
Foster collaboration and trust with both creators and communities.
Ensure smooth communication between the brand and its partners.
Stay on top of digital trends, emerging communities, and rising creators for potential engagement opportunities.
