About the Role:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead a dynamic team focused on fostering strong relationships and driving business growth for content creators. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to execute successful campaigns. The candidate should have deep understanding of the local creator ecosystem and industry landscape, proven experience in campaign management, and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing Expertise: Driving business growth through strategic approach from deep understanding of the local influencer landscape, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
- Creator Campaign Management: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve and optimize campaign management and execution through effective collaboration with the team and across departments.
- Creator Management: Refine and scale creator management strategies by proactively identifying potential challenges, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement, while fostering strong, positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the Creator Campaign Management team, cultivating a high-performance, dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Administrative: Develop strategies and track team progress using key insights and data to drive continuous growth and improvement, applying learnings to enhance workflows and team performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing or advertising with strong understanding of the creator industry landscape.
- Proven expertise in influencer marketing, business leadership, and creator management.
- Strong project management skills and solid background in creator campaignment management.
- Extensive experience in team management and leadership, including building and structuring high-performing teams.
- Proficient in productivity tools such as Excel, Slack, and Google workspace.
- In-depth knowledge of branding, industry mandatories, and design principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly creative, and task-driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys interacting with people, and a good team player.
- Proven experience in managing both internal and external relationships and collaborations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and actionable insights.
