What You’ll Do

Account Management & Client Growth

  • Manage and grow key client accounts into long-term partnerships or retainers

  • Serve as the internal voice of the client ensuring their objectives are reflected in campaign execution

  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and campaign success

Creative Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the development and delivery of creator-led campaigns that are creative, relevant, and on-brand

  • Elevate the quality of proposals by bringing strong creative instincts and platform fluency

  • Co-create award-winning campaigns in partnership with clients and agencies

Collaborative Problem Solving & Process Innovation

  • Solve challenges proactively by fostering alignment between client expectations and internal delivery

  • Apply Adaptive Process Design quickly crafting and implementing new procedures to seize emerging opportunities

  • Promote Collaborative Objective Thinking working across teams to shape solutions, improve workflows, and enhance internal collaboration

Mentorship & Team Leadership

  • Act as a mentor and role model to junior team members, guiding them through client interactions, execution, and growth

  • Set clear direction and lead by example to align the team on shared goals

  • Encourage initiative and innovation through Team Mobilisation Proficiency, enabling the team to surface and own fresh opportunities

Emotional Intelligence & Culture Building

  • Foster a psychologically safe, people-first environment

  • Demonstrate self-awareness and empathy in leadership creating stronger relationships and boosting team morale

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to bring campaigns to life with positive energy and clarity


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in client/account management in digital media, influencer marketing, or creative campaigns

  • Proven ability to manage high-value clients and mentor team members

  • Strong creative sensibility you know what works in today’s digital-first landscape

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills

  • Experience with fast-paced timelines, cross-functional teams, and influencer/creator partnerships

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn complexity into clarity

  • A passion for people, process, and progress
