Creator Partnerships Manager
We're hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition, activation, and engagement of a high-performing creator ecosystem. You will be responsible for both casting the right talent for our campaigns and building long-term creator relationships that fuel community, loyalty, and creative innovation.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations and creator experience ideal for someone who can think strategically about casting, move fast on sourcing, and invest deeply in creator retention and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Acquisition & Campaign Casting
- Proactively source creators across verticals (content, commerce, community) using networks, platforms, and trendwatching.
- Recommend the right creators for campaigns based on client objectives, creative briefs, and market trends.
- Maintain a structured creator roster with platform, tier, and category tagging for easy matchmaking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare casting decks, briefs, and creator proposals.
Roster Strategy & Performance Management
- Manage creator tiering systems, rotation cycles, and casting diversity across campaigns.
- Track and analyze creator performance, integrating learnings into acquisition and brief strategies.
- Ensure consistent alignment between creator talent and evolving client and platform needs.
Creator Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement engagement programs (e.g. touchpoints, milestone gifts, feedback loops) that improve retention and satisfaction.
- Build a creator community through digital and offline programs (e.g. workshops, community

- Champion creators internally to ensure long-term brand and creative fit.
Community Development & Representation
- Identify and grow underrepresented creator communities (e.g. student organisations, regional voices, commerce sellers)
- Create programs that foster peer-to-peer connection and loyalty within the network.
- Support representation efforts through spotlight campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
Team Leadership & Internal Enablement
- Manage and mentor a team of Executives and Senior Executives responsible for acquisition, engagement, and campaign support.
- Ensure operational excellence across documentation, communication, and creator-facing processes.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven team culture that values speed, creativity, and relationships
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or community development.
- Proven success in both talent acquisition and creator relationship management.
- Strong understanding of platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and creator motivations.
- Experience managing junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Experience working with regional, Gen Z, or commerce-focused creator communities.
