About the job Project Coordinator

Were looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team to scale our product offerings to the advertising industry.

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage influencer/creator projects through daily internal and external coordinations to meet project timelines.
  • Work closely with the account executive from briefing to production stage of social media campaigns.
  • Client facing support to be activated as needed.
  • Ensure the quality of production from creators involved, ensuring that the campaign objectives are met.
  • Maintain rapport with creators to create smooth ways of working
  • Prepare analysis and recommendation for campaign production as needed in monthly business reports.
  • Monitor campaign publishing, and ensure timely transactions with creators with the accounts and finance team.
  • Prepare and accomplish administrative tasks properly and timely.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Accounts Servicing from an advertising agency or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  • Strong organization and campaign management skills are required, with the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite. Monday.com background is a plus.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
  • Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgment skills.
  • An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.
  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at a time.
