As a Senior Influencer Partnerships Executive, you will work closely with HCN content creators and support with creator campaign management. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the local influencer landscape, strong campaign management skills, and experience in team and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strong background in the local influencer marketing landscape, with a deep familiarity of creators, their audience, and business trends, recommending the best talent for campaigns.
Build strong business with creators through strategic campaign pitches and management, ensuring timely submission and execution of deliverables.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve challenges with creators, talent managers, and agency partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution and maintaining strong working relationships.
Support the management of Influencer Partnership Executives (IPEs) and Project Coordinators (PCs) by effectively delegating tasks to maintain a balanced and efficient workload.
Represent the team and creators by participating in cross-departmental, team, and alignment meetings, fostering collaboration and team dynamics.
Support in preparing reports on key learnings, recommendations, data, and actionable insights to drive continuous team improvement and development.
Requirements
2-3 years experience in digital marketing or advertising with solid understanding of the advertising industry.
Proven experience in influencer marketing and familiarity with the local creator landscape.
Strong background in creator campaign management, including understanding of deliverables, objectives, and execution.
Proficient in productivity tools such as Excel, Slack, and Google workspace.
Strong knowledge of branding and design principles.
Keen attention to detail, creative, and task-oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys interacting with people, and a good team player.
Quick-thinking, handle tight timelines, and solve problems efficiently.
