What You’ll Do

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable business insights.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven recommendations.

  • Utilize Xero for general ledger management and financial reporting.

Cost Control & Efficiency

  • Monitor and evaluate company expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead the implementation of process efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with department heads using Monday.com to track project budgets and financial deliverables.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, government filings, and internal financial policies.

  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities; resolve findings and enhance internal controls.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date accounting procedures in line with best practices.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate submissions by junior team members.

  • Provide mentorship and training on financial tools, reporting techniques, and cash flow forecasting.

  • Guide team members in using tools like Xero for expense tracking, reporting, and finance-related data management.


What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting position.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cost control.

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.

  • A strategic and detail-oriented mindset, committed to continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

  • CPA certification is a significant advantage and highly valued.
