What You’ll Do
Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable business insights.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven recommendations.
Utilize Xero for general ledger management and financial reporting.
Cost Control & Efficiency
Monitor and evaluate company expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead the implementation of process efficiencies.
Collaborate with department heads using Monday.com to track project budgets and financial deliverables.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, government filings, and internal financial policies.
Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities; resolve findings and enhance internal controls.
Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date accounting procedures in line with best practices.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate submissions by junior team members.
Provide mentorship and training on financial tools, reporting techniques, and cash flow forecasting.
Guide team members in using tools like Xero for expense tracking, reporting, and finance-related data management.
What You Bring:
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting position.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cost control.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.
A strategic and detail-oriented mindset, committed to continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
CPA certification is a significant advantage and highly valued.
