About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and strategic Senior Account Executives to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of content or creator-led campaigns, and driving actionable insights to elevate client success. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Advisory & Insights:
- Provide strategic guidance to clients based on industry best practices and Hepmil content expertise.
- Extract and communicate actionable insights from campaign data, fostering informed decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by effectively addressing client challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
2. Pitching & Presentation:
- Present media kits and proposals with confidence, articulating Hepmils value propositions clearly.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and pitch relevant products to existing clients.
- Drive client engagement by delivering compelling presentations that align with client goals.
3. Campaign Management:
- Manage complex, multi-format content and creator campaigns independently, ensuring timely execution.
- Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders to align project expectations.
- Develop comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Adopt a consultative approach to enhance the client experience and foster repeat business.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze campaign data, summarizing key findings for stakeholders.
- Generate insights-driven reports that measure campaign performance and highlight growth areas.
5. Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving:
- Resolve client concerns by offering data-backed solutions and actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on creative and process requirements, ensuring project success.
6. Proactive Contribution & Internal Collaboration:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Independently navigate internal processes to secure alignment on project deliverables.
- Drive client retention by consistently meeting expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar role in content or creator-led campaigns or the advertising industry.
- Exceptional presentation and pitching skills; confident in delivering compelling proposals independently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Spreadsheets, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and providing client-centric solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (2x onsite; 3x WFH)
