About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and visionary Business Development Director to lead the growth of Hepmil Philippines by shaping business strategies, forging impactful partnerships, and driving organizational alignment. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, proven experience in building high-performing teams, and the ability to identify opportunities that fuel both revenue growth and long-term sustainability.
The Business Development Director will report directly to the Head of Business Development and will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that departmental initiatives are aligned with the companys overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Synergy

Align new product offerings with existing or emerging categories based on data-driven insights.

Implement and communicate product and category synergies to account servicing teams.

Oversee market analyses to ensure price competitiveness and product positioning.
Partnership Development

Lead strategic discussions with new and existing accounts at the group level.

Cultivate and strengthen partnerships that support long-term organizational objectives.

Represent Hepmil Philippines in high-level industry conversations to elevate market presence.
Strategic Alignment

Translate organizational goals into actionable business development strategies.

Develop and oversee performance metrics that reflect progress toward strategic objectives.

Ensure departmental initiatives align seamlessly with company-wide strategy and growth plans.
Performance Management of Department

Set clear, measurable goals for business development teams and individuals.

Provide coaching and feedback to team leads, fostering growth and continuous improvement.

Evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to optimize output.
Talent Development

Identify and develop high-potential talent to build a pipeline of future leaders.

Contribute to succession planning and organizational talent management strategies.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
Experience & Industry Knowledge

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Leadership roles within Advertising, Media, or Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of digital media, influencer marketing, and the advertising ecosystem.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships.
