About the Role


As Multimedia Lead, you are the visual and production brain of the Creatives Department, the one who sets the bar for content quality, drives process innovation, and ensures our Multimedia Specialists are both inspired and productive.

Youll lead a team of shooters/editors who produce platform-native video for some of the countrys biggest brands. You'll also work closely with Content Strategy Leads and Producers to assign, guide, and QC visual output across high-volume projects from daily social assets to mini-campaigns worthy of international awards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Craft Leadership

  • Set and maintain high standards for design, editing, and visual storytelling
  • QC and approve outputs before final submission to ensure they meet brand, platform, and creative expectations
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to upskill editors and junior content creators
  • Stay ahead of visual trends on TikTok, IG, YT Shorts, and translate them into our work

2. Team Management & Delegation

  • Lead and manage a team of Multimedia Specialists (MS and Sr. MS)
  • Assign editors based on skill, speed, and bandwidth
  • Build clear delegation systems and feedback loops with Content Strategists and Producers
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality

3. Process Optimization

  • Improve workflows for versioning, remixing, captioning, rendering, and storage
  • Create SOPs for post-production including feedback rounds, file naming, handovers, etc.
  • Test and recommend new tools for streamlining post-prod (e.g., AI captioning, automated resizing)

4. Creative Experimentation

  • Lead creative R&D efforts for new content formats and editing styles
  • Propose internal pilot projects or visual treatments that push our creative edge
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategy for award-entry content and mini-campaigns

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years experience in video editing, motion graphics, or content production
  • Have at least 12 years experience managing a team
  • Are fluent in TikTok and IG visual language and passionate about content that looks native and feels new
  • Can spot and elevate average work into something scroll-stopping
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple briefs, editors, and deadlines at once
  • Youre a builder of creative systems and teams
