Core Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing ERP system planning, development, and integration, as well as managing system functionality, change management, and communication with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the planning, development, and integration of ERP systems
- Managing the functionality of new ERP systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to the systems
- Tracking, analyzing, and resolving issues with the vendor on ERP systems
- Taking budgetary responsibility for the systems rollout, including preparing, updating, and reporting for the steering committee
- Managing change across the organization to ensure a gradual adoption of the new system
- Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
- Prioritise service request/change request and work closely with IT Team to ensure the application vendor fulfil their SLA.
- Perform user acceptance testing for any release of application patches and enhancements.

- Communicating with management on schedules, delays, and work changes for ERP projects
Requirement
Minimum 3 - 8 years of relevant experience particularly in managing ERP system projects.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with ERP system upgrades and migrations preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement techniques preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, their functionality, and industry best practices and Project Management related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PRINCE2 PMI will be an added advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints, business, and user needs.
- Proven ability in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centred design process.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Keen interest in heritage and culture is advantageous.
