Job Description

  • Review GL acc codes and amortization schedules in Tenderboard
  • Assist in raising purchase orders, invoices or good receipts in Tenderboard
  • Assist to check and review procurement work
  • Manage outsource vendor on daily operational work to ensure smooth closing of management accounts
  • Monthly review of financial reports/ variance analysis to email divisions
  • Assist in budget utilization transfer in ERP and ensure sufficient budget for procurement
  • Assist in internal audit and external audit support for grant and company level
  • Assist in administration support for Corporate Services department
  • Assist and cover procurement staff when on leave
  • Provide admin support /minute taker for Finance Committee meetings
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in charity sector or government agencies preferred
  • Able to multi-task and work within deadlines.
