Position Overview:

Tress Lounge Canada is expanding, and were looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial Salon Manager to help take our salon locations to the next level. This dynamic role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced beauty environment and understands how to build strong teams, boost client satisfaction, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

As a key strategic advisor, you will oversee multiple salon locations and be empowered to make data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and lead franchise support initiatives with visible, measurable impact.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead the operational performance of multiple salon locations, driving day-to-day excellence and consistency
  • Analyze financial data to establish targets and implement strategies that grow revenue and improve profit margins
  • Oversee team development, recruitment, and training to build motivated, high-performing staff
  • Manage inventory turnover and ensure optimal stock levels for maximum retail effectiveness
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with franchisees, investors, and brand consultants (e.g., L'Oréal)
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver executive business reviews and expansion plans
  • Support new franchise locations, helping streamline onboarding and ensure brand compliance

Performance Benchmarks (Year 1):

  • Drive 15%+ revenue growth across all assigned salons
  • Achieve 85%+ client retention rate
  • Maintain 95%+ compliance in monthly operational audits
  • Meet monthly revenue quotas tailored to historical performance and growth potential
  • Present quarterly strategic reports to executive leadership

Who Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of progressive management experience in salon, spa, or retail environments
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable business results in a multi-location setting
  • Strong leadership presence with outstanding communication and strategic thinking skills
  • Skilled in team building, client service excellence, and high-impact decision-making
  • Comfortable with a performance-based pay model tied directly to your success
  • Professional availability for weekly on-site visits and virtual leadership briefings

Compensation Structure:

  • Revenue-Based Pay: A competitive percentage of net revenue per salon location
  • Performance Bonuses: Awarded for exceeding growth quotas and retention milestones
