JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

 

  • Be the go-to-person for everything around written communication
  • Review all existing copy to provide a unique voice for the company in consistency with its  brand identity
  • Write well crafted, clear, concise and creative articles, notices, advertorials, email and any other business copy required by the company, in both English and Chinese
  • Support company’s translations requirement, from English to Chinese and vice versa
  •  Become the lead expert for content marketing in the company
  • Plan, generate ideas, and develop new content for content marketing
  • Work together with the rest of the company to produce appropriate copy for all branding and marketing needs, including social media, viral and digital

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES

 

  • Excellent command of professional and creative written English and Chinese, with impeccable grammar (portfolio required)
  • Above average fluency in spoken English and Chinese
  • At least 1 years’ copywriting experience
  •  Well versed in both short and long-form writing
  • Proofreading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail
  • Able to write independently and manage tight deadlines
  • A keen interest in what’s happening in the digital space, in Southeast Asia and China, including pop-culture and internet references
