RF Engineer

Job Scope:

·         Support Core 3 in presales & customer engagement activities (customer workshop, RFx response and etc) 

·         Driving Technical discussions with the customer. 

·         Proactively engage / build relationship with customer

·         Leading delivery in trials and projects

·         Drive technical issues investigation and network performance improvement

Requirement:

·         Strong technical background in WRAN, LRAN & 5G 

·         Familiar with Ericsson RAN Technology. Experience in other vendors, eg: Huawei RAN is an advantage. 

·         Consultative, extensive customer handling experience (incl CTO level)

·         High flexibility, capable to deal / lead in the dynamics business environment to protect Ericsson business interest

·         Hands on experience in network design and optimization tasks including tools
