About the job Account Manager

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA:
 
  • Develop, maintain, and extend customer relationships; 
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer’s business in order to customize marketing strategy plan; 
  • Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from customers;
  • Day-to-day customer relationship management;
  • Responsible for the acquisition for relevant new sales project assigned by management; 
  • Responsible to assist sales manager and sales project management team in project implementation and collecting payment; 
  • Responsible for the key customer relationship maintenance and new customer relationship development; 
  • Together with technical team in establishing, promoting and maintaining company brand image 
  • Collect all the needed data from customers and analyse them as per the requirements 
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications or other related fields. 
  • At least 3 year of working experience in telecommunication, experience working in China Company is an added advantage. 
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. 
  • Hands on and willing to multi tasks. 
  • Added advantage if able to communicate well in English, Chinese and Malay. 
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
