About the job Account Manager
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA:
- Develop, maintain, and extend customer relationships;
- Develop deep understanding of each customer’s business in order to customize marketing strategy plan;
- Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from customers;
- Day-to-day customer relationship management;
- Responsible for the acquisition for relevant new sales project assigned by management;
- Responsible to assist sales manager and sales project management team in project implementation and collecting payment;
- Responsible for the key customer relationship maintenance and new customer relationship development;
- Together with technical team in establishing, promoting and maintaining company brand image
- Collect all the needed data from customers and analyse them as per the requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications or other related fields.
- At least 3 year of working experience in telecommunication, experience working in China Company is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- Hands on and willing to multi tasks.
- Added advantage if able to communicate well in English, Chinese and Malay.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
