JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

 

  • To market the Company’s recruitment and related HR outsourcing services to clients in the Telecoms and IT industries
  • To market the Company’s outsourcing services to clients
  • Key activities will include customer liaison, pre/post sales activities and marketing activities
  • Build rapport with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
  • To responding to clients with suitably qualified candidates based on their requirements
  • Perform fee and contract negotiation with qualified candidates
  • Primary point of liaison for on-boarded consultants
  • Prepare weekly marketing report and sales projection

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Aggressive and independent, a natural sales person and can speak well and very convincing
  •  Required Skill(s): Communication, Sales and Marketing, Client Management
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
