About the job Business Development Executive
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
- To market the Company’s recruitment and related HR outsourcing services to clients in the Telecoms and IT industries
- To market the Company’s outsourcing services to clients
- Key activities will include customer liaison, pre/post sales activities and marketing activities
- Build rapport with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
- To responding to clients with suitably qualified candidates based on their requirements
- Perform fee and contract negotiation with qualified candidates
- Primary point of liaison for on-boarded consultants
- Prepare weekly marketing report and sales projection
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Aggressive and independent, a natural sales person and can speak well and very convincing
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Sales and Marketing, Client Management
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
